GILMORE GIRLS

HEY THERE ! WELCOME TO MY BLOG

I know there are many blogs on "GILMORE GIRLS" but trust me this one would be different. I'm a binge watcher but a little slow one and it took me nearly 3 whole months to watch 7 seasons and a year in the life, the day i finished my 1st episode trust me i cried like i bawled my eyes for at least 30 mins straight, it made me miss school and i realized that i will feel that same feeling on the last day of my college. When Lorelai says "wait look around, its not scary anymore" it really made me feel a wave of emotions.
GILMORE GIRLS, made me love my mom even more than that i love her. It was so amazing how the author portrayed the relation MOTHER, the way it had two variations just felt magical. Sometimes its very hard to make our mother understand that we are different from her expectations but that does'nt mean we love her any less ,its just how she had grown into being a Mother to you. It made me feel that just like how I'm living the role of daughter for the very first time in my life, my mother is also experiencing the same.
To all the girls who are reading this i know for sure for even once in your lifetime you thought of just leaving everything behind and adopting a child and make your life "VIVA LA VIDA", but at the same time you want to have a career, a marriage life, experience of being pregnant, watch your child grow from baby to an adult and you know the circle of life.
Until i started watching this show I've only thought that I am a different person after HARRY POTTER books and movies, but this show made me rethink that. I admit that my perspectives were changed back then too. The harry potter phase was my childhood to teenage but Gilmore Girls is my teenage to adulthood. It's pretty much humorous that I watched this show after 25yrs of  it's milestone being spread around the world and it felt right watching this after when I finished. It is surprising how addicted can a person be to coffee entire day, it's like charging your phone 40 times a day.

I love all the characters individually name to name, but starting with our main character

Lorelai, oh the women she is her vocabulary, sense of humor, fashion style, narrating skills, everything and most importantly the kind of mother she is, is just the role model level.
Rory, well what can I say just study like Rory, be the daughter like her and actually try to do something in life, read lots of books, travel the world.

And most importantly how did Kirk had nearly 200 different jobs, its baffling for some reason.

I can understand Lane's perspective of not wanting to be like her mother and go against her wishes but its lovely how at the end she wanted be just like her mother.

And of course then come Sookie and Michele, like who can find a friends like them anymore, who never wanna leave you and even when they go far for sometime they come back to you.

Richard and Emily Gilmore, oh to have grandparents like them the life would be filled with magical memories. It's sad how our grandparents who play a major part of our childhood would eventually disappear in our adulthood. To wave them a last goodbye is always overwhelming.

Dean, was a great character but will only have 70 points, because maybe he should have waited and not rushed into marriage but as a boyfriend he was 100. Maybe he was just a boy who could be a perfect boyfriend and not idle as a husband.

Jess, was confusing initially but  he built his own life as an adult being a teenager. As a human he would get 99 points but as a boyfriend somewhere around 40 to 50. He basically functions better as life couch and well wisher but not as a boyfriend. Also he is someone who would love you even when you are over him.

Logan, felt like a disturbed child but he would definitely show up when you ever felt lost, he would support you and stay with you till the end of time. He was pretty much an idle husband who would encourage, support, cheer for you.

Christopher, he does not belong with someone for lifetime except as a father. As a husband he is a mess no matter how much good we try to portray him, but he is a great father he can realize that he is the father at some point and try to be one.

Max, he was a great teacher and that's the problem you can only learn from him and move on with your life.

Luke, the most introverted person you can ever find on this planet, you never know you might never see a person you love by tomorrow. But he is the epitome definition of "better late, than never". He is a great father figure for a person like Rory, he is always there for her and that's something Christopher was unable to do for a long time of Rory's life.

Mitchum, is kind of that one teacher who believes a thousand percent sure that you can never achieve something in your life and when you do succeed with something they would feel nothing at all.

And should never forget Paul Anka, the only animal alive in the hands of Lorelai.

Over all this show is something that some day in the future I would definitely watch with my daughter and laugh about how it made an impact on my point of views in life. It always amazes me and makes me curious and I begin to question that, if anyone can relate to series of books or a show what does it tell about that person.

DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT IS CALLED?

-------THE END----------

UNTIL NEXT WEDNESDAY  :)
